Fruits Popsicles

Ya allah Ya allah Ya allah! Hehe tak yah la excited sangat kan.. ni nak share resepi! resepi ice cream yang sangat awesome uolls! haha bulan bulan pose ni boleh pulak aku mencari mende macm ni.. ahh peduli ape kan! Ehhh! Lupe.. I dah join Pinterest! auuuwww.. Haha gediks betol.. Tapi seriously best! Percaye lah.. Kat Pinterest sume bende yang aku suke ade..! And got alot of choice..A LOT ! ok A LOT..


Fresh Fruits Popsicles  
INGREDIENTS
1 peach, cut into 1/2-inch slices (1/2 cup)
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
3/4 cup strawberries, finely chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 1/2 to 2 cups of fruit punch or 100 percent white-grape juice
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine fruit in a mixing bowl and arrange the mixture into eight 3-ounce popsicle molds.
2. Pour enough juice into each mold to just cover fruit.
3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid (about six hours).

Servings: 8



Creamy Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

YIELD: 12 popsicles
PREP TIME: 10 - 15 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 4 - 6 hours, including freeze time
 

Ingredients:

12 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
zest of 1 extra large Lemon
juice of 1 extra large Lemon
1/3 cup Organic Cane Sugar
6 oz Cream Cheese
6 ounces Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Powdered Sugar, if needed, for adjusting sweetness to your preference

Directions:

In a saucepan, combine the strawberries, lemon juice, lemon zest and organic cane sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring periodically, for about 5 - 10 minutes, or until they are soft and the juices are bubbling.
Pour the strawberry mixture into a powerful blender, such as a Blendtec Blender, and puree until very smooth. I ran the “whole juice” pre-programmed functioin on my blender.
Add the remaining ingredients: cream cheese, vanilla greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Puree until smooth. Taste and add powdered sugar if needed to adjust sweetness. If the sweetness is to your preference, then omit any extra.
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. Place popsicle sticks in the center and freeze, 4 - 6 hours, or until the mixture is frozen solid. Some popsicle molds might take longer than others depending on the shape, size and thickness of the popsicles.

Ok tu je lah yang aku boleh share,,banyak lagi sebenarnye tapi takkan lah sume aku nak share kat sini..Jalan penyelesaian nya adalah! : Join Pinterest,,! tak rugi pun.. Harapnye dapat lah jugak aku buat ice cream ni, jgn share je pandai buat nye takk pun kan.. tapi susah lah klau tak dek dapur sendiri, tak selesa nak buat itu ini,,tapi nak memiliki dapur sendiri tu , kene ade rumah dulu, untuk ade rumah pulak, perjalanan die...ermmm jauh yang teramat lagi yee,, masuk universiti pun belom lagi ye.. Korang yang tengok resepi ni pun jgn tengok jerk, Cube lah buat jugak ye sebab die tak susah pun, senang sesangat.. Enjoy and Good Luck!
